TAKING PUPPY PICTURES - 9 1/2 WEEKS

I am planning to take stacked pictures of the puppies tomorrow and decided to do a test run with one pup tonight. I thought I would try using the self-timer on my digital camera and see if it is possible to get some decent shots, so I set it up to go off after 20 second for 10 pictures ... here is how it went ...

First set up table and camera. Use that black tacky shelf liner to give pups traction. Push self-timer button and run to catch Rabblerouser.

Put Rabblerouser on table. Mental note to self - don't push self-timer button until AFTER the pup is caught.

Okay, set up wiggly puppy as fast as possible before the next flash goes off ... darn it the flash went off with his leg in mid air ...

Set front leg and head on moving puppy, damn another flash!

Whoops he moved a foot and hand over head ...

This one should be good ... darn he pointed his nose to the ceiling just as the flash goes off.

Okay ... fix head ... adjust leg ... damn flash went off before we were ready ... mental note - set for maximum 30 seconds tomorrow.

Rabblerouser says "wuz that?" as another flash goes off.

Setting up again ...

Fix head but not fast enough, off goes the flash ... good thing these are digital shots ...

Flash and picture #10 - the last shot of the Rabblerouser ... not too bad but I squished his face.

Here is his head, maybe you can imagine it in the above picture, LOL!

Mental note to self - next time put on decent clothes and brush hair - it was so bad I had to cover it over.

All of this took place in the space of less than 60 seconds. Should be fun tomorrow!
